We recently purchased 2 leather sofas and a glider chair from this company. We are very pleased with the furniture! The quality is exceptional, truly heirloom construction. The purchasing and delivery process was seamless. They delivered and set up the furniture on time and as promised. We highly recommend this store to everyone. I bought the most beautiful office furniture from Karen at this location, and I am blown away about how great it is! Four items that are extremely well made, solid birch wood, beautifully finished, and basically indestructible! I’ve never had anything made so well and beautifully. Absolutely love it… Highly recommend this location and talk to Karen!

We enjoy working with Karen Gingerich at Amish Country Heirlooms in Arthur, Illinois. We’ve purchased a cherry coffee table, cherry dining room set and recently, a hickory kitchen table and chairs. All the pieces are very high quality and will last for generations. We highly recommend the furniture and store!

Stop by the store with my friend and his wife ,I purchased new house and was needing new living room furniture,Karen was so very helpful and patience in explaining the different qualities of leather and options for my furniture.She is very knowledgeable and great 👍 I had to wait for a few months to receive but once I did I'm so very happy .the quality and comfort is far better than any other furniture store in our town ,

If you need furniture, go to Amish Country Heirlooms. Great products, exceptional customer service and fair prices. We bought a rocker loveseat. It is incredibly comfortable, lightweight but sturdy and the leather is beautiful. When we picked it up, it came in 4 pieces. Karen said it was easy to put together, but my husband was skeptical. Turns out, it was incredibly easy. When we had a problem because we had not pushed it together enough, Karen called us right back to resolve the problem. The staff is very responsive and the furniture is high quality. We are very happy.

We LOVE Amish Country Heirlooms! We found this shop by chance while we were out for a leisurely drive. We stopped at a few of small towns to check out some of the cool little shops they had. When we came into Arthur we parked in front of this shop. When entering the shop we were greeted by Karen (who by the way is awesome), she asked if there was anything she could help us with, we said we were just looking and she said “Well if you have questions or need anything just let me know, I am happy to help”. We looked around at all of the gorgeous items they have when we came across the table section of the store. We had been looking on and off for a table that we could seat at least 10 or 12 as we have a large family. Karen showed us a couple of different tables and how they would extend. She provided all the information from type of wood, colors to choose from, style of table to the various types of chairs, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. With all of this information at hand, we were able to choose the design of our brand new table and chairs. Karen was up front about the time it would take to build our table and chairs as these are handmade items. She also provided us with updates during the construction of our table and chairs. Her estimate of when our table would be available was spot on. When we arrived with an enclosed trailer and plenty of furniture pads to pick up our items, they couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped us get everything wrapped and loaded for a safe ride home. Karen and her staff made this a most pleasurable experience for us and we LOVE our new table and chairs.

Love my custom made microwave cart I just picked up last week. I was able to pick out the type of wood I wanted, color of stain, and hardware. I actually will be using it as a printer stand for my new office. It has extra storage that will come on handy.

I have been doing business with Karen, Steve and Loraine at Amish Country Heirlooms for about 20 years and during that time I have found the furniture I have purchased to be of the highest quality. They are a great group to work with and have always been very caring; making sure you receive what you need and always going the extra mile. Last spring we were there to pick up some merchandise and after loading, our truck would not start. Karen was kind enough to help us out, even to the point of walking home to get her car charger. Not many people would go to that extent to help their customers. Wonderful people to deal with, and a store worth trusting to deliver everything promised and more.Don &Tracy Dorrough

Great store with a wide selection of first quality furniture to choose from. Great staff that is willing to work with you to get you what you need. If they don't have in the showroom they will custom order for you in your color and design. Purchased couches and bedroom suite and absolutely love them.

A charming, well-organized store with a large selection of inventory in stock so you can see the high quality of the products prior to making your purchase. Karen and her team are amazing! I recently purchased several pieces of furniture for our home and it was exactly what I expected! Great quality products for a reasonable price.
